Last 2-5 June 2016, the International Academic Forum (IAFOR) held the Sixth Asian Conference on Cultural Studies 2016 at Kobe, Japan.

With the theme Cultural Struggle and Praxis: Negotiating Power and the Everyday, more than 200 scholars/academics/practitioners gathered at the Art Center of Kobe to discuss new directions of research on Cultural Studies.
