[Books] #NationalBookLoversDay

I am not from the U.S. but I’m joining in the bandwagon of the #NationalBookLoversDay hashtag with some tribute photos to my favorite authors. ❤

Jodi Picoult is one of the writers who has influenced my writing big time. She still remains as my number one book author. ❤

K.A. Tucker comes in as a second favorite. She is basically the reason why I’m into the New Adult genre, even though most of her releases are now leaning into the General (Adult) Fiction with tinges of Mystery/Thriller/Suspense.

When it comes to Young Adult novels, Gayle Forman is my go-to-person. I don’t even know where to start relaying how devastated I was when she visited the Philippines two years ago, and I was unable to attend becauase of grad school. My mom volunteered to line up for me on that day, so I can have my books signed (bless my Mom always <3), but I didn’t want to put her into that crowded mall, so nope. I then wrote an open letter to Gayle Forman after that, but took it down, as well. Haha. IDK whatever. Hopefully she visits again! ❤ And I’m excited for her new release as Forman will release her first adult fiction this year! 🙂

This is just a book spine thing for fun. I remember bookstore giant Fully Booked doing a #bookspinepoetry every Tuesday back then. IDK now, lol.

The Five People You Meet in Heaven:
1. The Chinese Cinderella
2. My Sister’s Keeper
3. The Time Traveler’s Wife
4. The Girl On The Train
5. The Lost Prince
With a special appearance of The Little Prince.

Happy Reading! ❤
